‍Withdrawing your funds with Q.ai is easy. You can withdraw any or all of your funds, including bonuses and promo cash, without fees.

Here’s how to do it.

Note that, at this time, you cannot cancel withdrawal requests or reverse deposits after submitting them.

How to withdraw money from your account

Withdraw your funds using the “move money” icon in the lower right corner of your account (it looks like two arrows pointing in opposite directions). From there, you can tap “withdraw money,” to withdraw funds from anywhere in your account. 

You can choose to withdraw funds from your AI or DIY Portfolios or your Cash Portfolio. The funds in your Cash Portfolio are FDIC insured and the assets held in AI and DIY Portfolios are SIPC insured. 

Tap the portfolio from which you want to withdraw money, and select “continue.” Type in the dollar amount (which must be within the amount you have available), and select “continue” once more.

Please be aware that withdrawal requests above 95% of your portfolio or account level will trigger the full liquidation of your account. If you want to liquidate your account, you can also email us at support@tryq.ai so a member of our support team can help you withdraw all funds from your account.

How long does it take to withdraw funds?

If your funds are coming from your Cash Portfolio, a withdrawal will occur in the next business day. However, if you’re withdrawing funds from Investment Kits in your AI or DIY portfolios, your withdrawal request could take three to five business days to complete.

We’ll send you an email to confirm your withdrawal upon completion. You can also view the status of all of your transactions, including your withdrawals, in the app at any time. Your dashboard shows pending transactions at the top of the screen. They’re also available to view in “Transactions” in the “Account Settings” page of your account.

It’s also worth noting that our brokerage partner, Apex Clearing, requires deposits to remain in your Q.ai account for 10 days before it can be withdrawn. This is for anti-money laundering purposes—it’s the standard for much of Wall Street. So, if you just deposited funds into your account, you’ll have to wait 10 days before you can withdraw them.
